الاستبدال و الاسترجاع | Exchanges and Returns
- •شروط وأحكام استرجاع و استبدال المنتجات
- •في In Details، يُسمح باسترجاع المنتجات فقط في حال وجود عيب مصنعي أو خطأ ناتج عن جهة المتجر.
- •يجب تقديم طلب الاسترجاع خلال 3 أيام فقط من تاريخ استلام الطلب.
- •يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم أو ملبوس، وفي حالته الأصلية، مع الاحتفاظ بجميع البطاقات والملصقات المرفقة به.
- •لا يُقبل استرجاع المنتجات لأي أسباب أخرى غير العيوب المصنعية أو الأخطاء الناتجة عن جهة المتجر.
- •تخضع جميع طلبات الاسترجاع للفحص والمراجعة والموافقة من قِبل إدارة المتجر.
- •Product Return and Exchange Terms and Conditions
- •At In Details, products may only be returned in the event of a manufacturing defect or an error on the part of the store.
- •Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of the date the order was received.
- •The product must be unused and unworn, in its original condition, and include all original tags and labels.
- •Returns are not accepted for any reasons other than manufacturing defects or errors on the part of the store.
- •All return requests are subject to inspection, review, and approval by the store management.
- •Please note: No return requests will be accepted after the 3-day period from the date of receipt has elapsed.
- •Exchanges are not permitted once an order has been completed.
